Ian Corrie grew up in Gauteng and moved to Cape Town at 18 to follow his passion for food, attending and graduating from Zevenwacht Wine Estate chefs school headed up by John Jackson.

Ian is a professional chef and culinary consultant who has worked at various 5-star hotels, restaurants, casinos, catering companies and major events.

Favouring modern flavourful cuisine with strong South African influence, Ian brings attention to local products through his homely inspired recipes.

After moving back to Gauteng, Ian completed his Master’s Degree in Business Administration through Henley Business School.
